Defender Sam Stubbs leaves Fleetwood Town for Exeter City
The 22-year-old joined the Cod Army from Middlesbrough in September on a two-year contract.
He made nine senior appearances, scoring in the 4-1 League One win over Hull City, but has not featured in a league fixture for more than three months.

The announcement of Stubbs' move had been delayed as he spent a period in self-isolation following a positive Coronavirus test.
He is familiar with League Two, following spells with Crewe Alexandra and Notts County.
Stubbs told the Exeter City website: "I know all about this division and what it's like. I’ve been relegated from it, so I know how hard it can be. My goal is just to help get us promoted."
