The EFL says no decisions have yet been made on what will happen to the future of English football after the sport was locked down due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It comes after all professional games in England were suspended last week until April 3 at the earliest.
It's since led to speculation about what will happen to the domestic leagues - whether it will return as normal, end at a later date or be declared null and void.
