Hide AdPam Smith, prosecuting, said the victim was outside Kaos Bar in Queen Street, Blackpool, on November 20 having a cigarette. The next thing she knew she was being picked up from the ground and saw Brown running away.
When interviewed Brown said she asked the victim if she had a problem. She got a reply which annoyed her and she just snapped. She grabbed the victim’s hair and pulled it and the victim seemed to go very easily to the ground.
Peter Cave, defending, said his client had no previous convictions for violence.
