Coastguard scrambled to 'vessel in difficulty' off coast of Cleveleys
The Coastguard was called out to a 'report of a possible vessel in difficulty' off the coast of Cleveleys.
A spokesman said rescuers found two people fishing, in no danger.
He described the 999 call as a 'false alarm with good intent'.
