Restraining order ban breached by cash plea
Mark Howarth repeatedly asked his father for money.
Howarth, 41, formerly of Auburn Grove, Blackburn, now living at Levens Grove, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order.
He was fined £75 and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge by District Judge Roger Lowe at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.

Hide AdChrissie Hunt, prosecuting, said Howarth had previously been made the subject of a restraining order which prevented him entering the butcher’s shop in Woodlands Road, Ansdell.
On January 16, Howarth went to the butcher’s shop and kept asking his father for money. Howarth became agitated when it was refused. There were customers in the shop and his father gave him £10.
Patrick Nelligan, defending, said his client had a long-standing alcohol problem.
