One in four are not registered with dentist
The organisation has published a report which is being used by NHS England to understand the demand for dental care in Lancashire.
The “Your Dentist, Your Say” report is based on the findings from a study of more than 1,000 residents.

Hide AdIt shows 63 per cent as registered with an NHS dentist, 19 per cent with a private dentist, but 18 per cent not registered at all.
But Blackpool has one of the lowest percentages of people registered with any dental practice – around one in four people.
Healthwatch Lancashire chief executive, Gill Brown, said: “I would like to thank the people who shared their views.”
The data will be used to help formulate future health provision on the coast.
