House to become home for children

Each child would have a bedroom, while a carer would sleep in a third.

Hide AdA maximum of two carers at a time would be at the home, and there would be no shift changes at unsociable hours, a statement lodged by De Pol Associates, of Leyland, said.
“Both children would be in full-time education,” the firm said. “The operations of the use of the property are intended, for the benefit of the children, to mirror the routine of a normal home.”
