When the licence for the event was granted in April, the council imposed strict requirements aimed at reducing possible disruption to nearby residents.
Measures will include putting on free buses to transport party-goers back to the town centre, 500 parking spaces, CCTV and stewarding.
Mr Fubar said: “All the arenas are inside marquees so everything will be enclosed and the volume will be reduced at 9pm.

“We have sold tickets to people from as far away as Scotland, the North East, the south coast and the Midlands.
“The demographic is over 30s to 50s because this is a classic dance based festival.
“We’re hoping for sunshine, but if it does rain, the field is well drained.”
People can buy tickets on the day but only card payments can be made.
