Serial booze thieves steal '£1,000 worth of alcohol' from Booths supermarkets across Lancashire

Police said they have received reports of 10 thefts from stores in Garstang, Penwortham, Lytham, Longridge, Fulwood and Lancaster between December 2020 and January 2021.
On each occasion the thieves allegedly placed bottles of "high-value spirits" down their trousers before leaving the store.

Hide AdWhile some of the bottles were recovered by staff who challenged the offenders, officers said around "£1,000 worth of alcohol" has been taken.
Following CCTV enquiries, police would now like to speak to two men in connection with the offences. It is believed they are from the Greater Manchester area.
PC Lorraine Handley, of Lancashire Police, said: "We are keen to speak to these two men as soon as possible.
"If you know who they are please contact police immediately."
