The county council has made an ambitious pledge to provide the best opportunities for young people up to the age of 25 and ultimately improve their job prospects.
The authority’s cabinet last week approved the new plan which will build on the already high standard of education on offer in the county where the vast majority of schools are rated either good or outstanding.
