Since the new restrictions came into force, more than a dozen pubs have been forced to close, with no indication from the Government on when they might be allowed to reopen.
Popular city centre venues such as the Flying Handbag and the Little Black Pug Bar have shut until further notice.
The tough new measures include a complete ban on households mixing inside venues and the mandatory closure of all pubs that cannot provide a 'substantial' food service.
Lancashire’s tier-three restrictions are due to be reviewed after 28-days.
